The Toronto Argonauts have signed veteran CFL quarterback Jarious Jackson.

The 34-year-old spent the past seven seasons with the B.C. Lions before being released Feb. 1.

Jackson captured two Grey Cups with B.C., in 2006 and 2011, and had 22 starts in 108 regular-season appearances with the Lions.

He dressed in 108 regular-season games with 22 starts.

But Jackson saw limited duty last season behind Travis Lulay, the CFL's outstanding player.

He attempted just 39 passes during the regular season, completing 18 for 263 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions.
